True Blue Flowers

I played along with the Free 4 All challenge to use blue flowers on SCS and also made this for the Week 1 Viva la Verve Challenge in the Verve forum.  I colored the flowers with Copics, cut them out and popped them with foam dots.  I added black enamel accents to the centers.
