Hello friends! Just popping in here before the day completely gets away from me to say I have a fun slimline Halloween card over on the Papertrey Ink blog! It's part of the challenge series called "What Do I Do With This?" and I've chosen to demonstrate using embossing powders to create embellishments.
I wanted a cozy quilt-like background and went with some hexagon shapes die cut from Halloween patterned papers. It reminds me of an old Flower Garden quilt that my grandmother made me many years ago. To see the completed card, head over to the PTI blog HERE!
There's a chance to win a gift card from Papertrey Ink if you play along with the challenge! Lori Craig also has a card using the Nuvo dual brushes, so you can opt to create with those brushes if you don't want to try the embossing powder embellishments.
Happy stamping! ~Wanda
