Hello everyone! Hope your weekend is going well! Anne Marie has some gorgeous colors for the new Paper Players Challenge and I knew right away I wanted to use flowers! I had this Delicate Flowers stamp set and matching dies on my desk from a previous project and decided to color up some more images with Copics.
I love this textured brick background created with a Bricked embossing folder by Sizzix then sponged lightly with Silver Lining ink by WPlus9. I thought the colors would pop more if I added a black and white patterned strip (from MFT's Black and White Basics 6x6 pad). Love that this stamp set has a number of teeny sentiments to tuck into your card front without covering up much of the design!
STAMPS: Delicate Flowers (Simon Says Stamp).
COPICS: V01, V05, V06, V09 (flower)
Y00, Y02, Y06, Y08 (flower)
YG11, YG13, YG17 (leaves in largest spray)
YG21, YG23, YG25 (leaves beside bud)
YG03, YG93 (3-leaf leaves)

Wanda, this is truly stunning! I'll start by saying that your coloring literally made my jaw drop. Wow! The flowers really pop off that textured background and the polka dot paper is a beautiful touch. You really rocked my colors this week! Wowza!
WOWZA, this just leaps off the page in stunning-ness! Is that even a word, if not, it should be! The black and white polka dot really creates a bold background, and your embossing complements it perfectly!
Wanda this is fabulous - your expert colouring adds so much dimension to those flowers, truly gorgeous! I love the contrast with the polka dot paper too. A wonderful card!
