A New Beginning

I'm trying to keep up with MFT's Wednesday Sketch Challenge every week, because there's a chance for an awesome prize if I can participate every week! Frances has a great layout in the form of a square card. I'm also entering this into the SCS Ways to Use It challenge on SCS. A new team of 5 ladies will be hosting this challenge and Michelle is asking us to use dies on our card. Now that's an easy one as most of my cards have multiple dies on them! For this card, I colored the images with Copics, then cut them out. I used yellow ribbon to highlight the bird's yellow belly (I have no idea what kind of bird I colored - hope there's a real one in these colors somewhere - lol!).
Here's what I used:
STAMPS: Spring (My Favorite Things)
PAPER: For the Record (Echo Park), Black, White
INK: Memento Tuxedo Black
ACCESSORIES: Blossom & Circle Nesties, MFT lg. scallop Die-namics, CB corner dies, Seam binding by MS, Pleated ribbon trim, Copics (C2, C5, Y13, YR68, R22, R24).
