PTI February Release Day 4

It's the fourth and last day of reveals for the February release at Papertrey Ink. Today, we are introducing you to He is Risen dies + Spectacular Spiral dies + Thoughts of Easter Sentiments stamps and dies + Beautiful Branches Hot Foil Plate.

 

Had some color blending fun with the background and lattice layers.

I wanted the wood grain of the cross to be more visible (the die has embossing details) so I stamped the woodgrain background stamp over it.

STAMPS: Thoughts of Spring Sentiments, Weathered Wood Background.
INK: Ocean Breeze, Lilac Grace, Vintage Jadeite, New Leaf, Harvest Gold, Pale Peony, Berry Sorbet Fine Linen, Cocoa Bean, Hawaiian Shores.
PAPER: Stampers Select White, Vintage Jadeite, Fine Linen.
DIES: Thoughts of Spring Sentiments, Border Bling: Lattice, He Is Risen, Pierced Feature Frames.
OTHER: A Little Sketchy Stencil.

Here I have the cross popped up over a background using the Beautiful Branches hot foil plate with matte gold foil.

The Spectacular Spiral die is a beautiful addition that adds a great layer of texture to the card.

INK: Simply Chartreuse, Ripe Avocado, Harvest Gold, Summer Sunrise, Lovely Lady, Hibiscus Burst; Versamark; Antique Linen distress ink.
PAPER: Fine Linen, Spring Moss, Stampers Select White.
DIES: Thoughts of Easter Sentiments, He Is Risen, Spectacular Spiral.
OTHER: Beautiful Branches hot foil plate; Matte gold foil; Gold embossing powder; Stitched Rectangle die.
