Viva la Verve

I'm running behind with the Viva la Verve sketch challenge and just now finished last week's sketch by Amber. This was a tricky one for me! I wanted to cut out some of these new egg images from Verve - so easy with the little oval die! I used a Sakura clear star gelly roll pen to highlight the egg designs and add some shimmer...not sure it shows up in the photo. I didn't want to cover up any of the egg column, so tweaked the sketch and turned the sentiment on the side. I had a pleasant surprise when I got to work this afternoon. The census and patient acuity was low on the medical unit, so I got to go home! Woohoo! Could have worked in the yard, but my stamp room won the battle - lol!
STAMPS: Egg-stra Special (Verve)
PAPER: Nana's Nursery (DCWV), New Leaf (PTI), Neenah Solar White
INK: Versafine Onyx Black
ACCESSORIES: Brads, Framed tulip EF, Garden Gate border punch by Martha Stewart, Scallop circle punch (SU), Small oval die (Verve).
