Summer Flowers

The Color Challenge on Splitcoast was to use Always Artichoke, Cherry Cobbler & Pretty in Pink, so I combined this with Mercy's Tuesday Sketch Challenge to create this card. The 3 floral images were stamped in Versamark and embossed with white EP. I knew I should take advantage of these colors and start with my Christmas card stash, but I just don't want to give up my flowers quite yet - lol!
STAMPS: Fifth Avenue Floral (SU)
PAPER: Eskimo Kisses (BasicGrey), Always Artichoke, Cherry Cobbler, White
ACCESSORIES: Herringbone EF, CB, Circle Nesties, Lace from Walmart, MS border punch, White EP

I totally agree with Wanda, I dont want to give up my flowers yet either... In fact I will use them year round... but with different colors... Yeah... these are wonderful and you could use these late into the year too.. very nice card... and a good beginning on Christmas cards... Love it.

Great double challenge card, Wanda! Love the way you embossed the flowers in white. Love that set but just can figure out how to use it. Need to take some lessons from you. Fabulous work :D

Just noticed you changed your blog BG again LOL! You must be the type that rearranges the furniture in their house all the time! Love the colours in this BG. Love the images on mine but wish for different colours as love the autumn colours. May have to do some surfing once kids are back at school.
