Rain or Shine

I'm entering this card into two challenges:

The Paper Players - theme of "spring showers". 

If You Give a Crafter a Cookie - inspiration from the umbrella, clouds and sun. 

I went into my stash of retired but still fun to use stamps/dies from Reverse Confetti. The sun cover plate die is from Papertrey Ink as is the circle die.
