Tag Card

 

I am playing along with two challenges:

Just Us Girls #815 - It's mood board week and I was inspired by the black background with pops of bold floral colors. *Oops! This challenge is past the deadline. :-(

Freshly Made Sketches #729 - a fun layout by Amy.

 

STAMPS: Texture Tiles 1 (Creative Worship Stamps).

INK: Picked Raspberry, Mustard Seed, Spiced Marmalade, Peacock Feathers, Mowed Lawn distress inks; Versafine Clair Nocturne.

PAPER: Brisstol Smooth Surface; Stamper's Select White, True Black (Papertrey Ink); Black & White Stripes (My Favorite Things).

DIES: Tag Sale #3, Into the Blooms: Blossoming Beauties, On the Edge: Scallops Collection, Stitched Florals (Papertrey Ink). 

OTHER: Black jute twine. 

I stamped the script and the mesh grid stamps from Creative Worship Stamps' Texture Tiles 1 set on the tag. Florals were die cut from Bristol Smooth Surface paper then distress inks were smooshed onto the pieces. I didn't add a sentiment for now. Sometimes I like to have a blank card to add a sentiment as needed.
