Happy hump day friends! It's time for a new Color Throwdown challenge and Tammy, the current host, has chosen dark blue, light blue and red. The quilt block in the photo also inspired me to go with a sewing theme. My mother and maternal grandmother are no longer living but both were very avid quilters. Memories of them sewing/piecing quilts were going through my mind as I "pieced" this card base.

You "pieced" this together beautifully. Love the colors and papers and that cute sentiment. The sewing notions are perfect with the card base.
