Get Your Diva On

Roxie has a wonderful simple layout for this week's Sketch Challenge on SCS! I also created this card for the Get Your Diva On Challenge - a monthly challenge in the Verve forum for a chance to win the next Verve release plus be a guest diva for a month. Tosh has challenged us to use all neutrals with a splash of color to represent the arrival of spring. The lined DP was spiral punched, distressed and sponged. The stem/leaf image is from SU's retired Terrific Tulips set - stamped in Certainly Celery. The sentiment is from Verve's Great Friend set. Sponging was all done using Basic Gray ink. I'm wondering what has happened to the sun...it's another gray day in VA, so maybe that's why I used gray for my neutral - lol!
