Another Wednesday has rolled around, so that means another new Color Throwdown Challenge...this time with Lynn as our hostess! She has a great color palette of red, pink, chocolate and white to kick start our creativity! Here is my take on it...
I have to admit I struggled for a bit to come up with a plan to add dark brown to a Valentine theme, but soon had a light bulb moment and went with a a basket die and filled it with hearts rather than Easter eggs. I used a variety of dies from 3 different companies:
Reverse Confetti: Double Panel Hearts, Edge Essentials, Love Note.
Lil' Inker Designs: Of the Heart and Stitched Easter Basket Die set.
Impression Obsession: Love sentiment.
Patterned papers are from "Filled With Love" 6x6 pad by My Mind's Eye. Other cardstock used - Chocolate Chip and Cherry Cobbler CS by SU; White CS by PTI; Silver glitter CS by SU.We're so happy to announce Donna Mikasa is our guest designer for the month of February. You'll want to visit her 3 Umbrellas blog HERE.
