Happy hump day crafty friends! It's time again for a new Color Throwdown challenge and we've got fuchsia, green, terracotta and light gray.
I knew right away I wanted to use this Pretty Pot die from The Greetery and fill it with some hot pink geraniums! I smooshed distress inks onto Bristol Smooth Surface paper then die cut everything.
The base panel was stenciled using a new 3-step Basket Weave stencil recently released from The Greetery (I see it's currently OOS so others must have liked it as well!). I used 3 different shades of gray: Lost Shadow distress, Weathervane dye, Hickory Smoke distress.
I splattered the with Mowed Lawn and Picked Raspberry distress inks. I highlighted the flowers and leaves with Prismacolor pencils then added a tiny dot with a white gel pen to the centers of the petals.
STAMPS: Birthday Blooms (The Greetery).
