It's color week (hot pink and orange) over on the Just Us Girls challenge blog. I haven't created anything in awhile with what I call the floating strips technique, so this was my chance. I die cut 3 different sized strips in four gradient colors. I glued them onto a rectangular acetate panel them popped up the acetate with foam tape to adhere it to the card base. Some silhouette florals, a simple sentiment and enamel dots made this a quick and easy card!
STAMPS: Cheering (Simon Says Stamp).
INK: Versafine Clair Nocturne.
PAPER: Lovely Lady, Raspberry Fizz, Orange Zest (Papertrey Ink); light orange paper (? source).
DIES: Simple Strips (Pretty Pink Posh); Chloe Stem (Memory Box, Inc.).
OTHER: Acetate, Black enamel dots.

Gorgeous color combo here, Wanda. Your art is always a real treat for my eyes. I'm not sure if you got my email request about being a GDT for me at WAW, but I'd love to have you if you're feeling up to it. Happy crafting! Come play along with us.

This is so pretty and you have really pushed me closer to getting a strips die!!! They are so perfect here (and showcase our colors so well) and the black sprigs/enamel dots just pop!!! Thanks so much for sharing this beauty with us at Just Us Girls!
