Color Throwdown

Happy hump day everyone! I'm the hostess for this week's Color Throwdown Challenge and I'm hoping you'll love these warm colors as much as I do!

I dusted off this Delightful Dahlia Additions set by PTI and did some 2 and 3 step stamping with a variety of inks: Mojito by WPlus9 for the leaves; Crushed Curry and Pumpkin Pie by SU (stamped off once for step 2 then used full color with step 3).  I struggled with deciding my card base color and finally it seemed that a neutral kraft looked best.  It was also the perfect reason to use these wooden adhesive dots as embellishments.  The stitched panels are all dies by Lil Inker Designs.

Congrats to Tobi Crawford of Tobi's Place - our guest star stamper this week!

We're thrilled to have the talented Karen Giron of The Sweetest Thing as our guest designer for the month of April!  I'm a long time fan of her clean designs and can't wait to see what she creates!

For more inspiration, you can visit the design team's blog links below or you can go to the Color Throwdown blog to see everyone's creations there.

Remember, you can now post your CTD card on Instagram in addition to the CTD blog.   Use the hashtags #colorthrowdown and #ctd336 so all the creations can be seen in one place!
