Paper Players Sketch

There is an awesome new sketch from Ann for this week's Paper Player's Challenge and you don't want to miss out on playing along with us! I pulled a fave new Christmas set - Christmas Eve by The Greetery - and went to town creating this sweet scene. My process started with choosing the patterned papers and from there, I decided on ink colors for the different images. I added fine glitter to the trees and just noticed I forgot to add a dot of yellow to the street lamp prior to taking the photo (it's done IRL though - haha!). I also took some liberty to add a few more snowflakes to the right upper corner.

STAMPS:: Christmas Eve (The Greetery).
PAPER: Trim The Tree designer pad and Early Espresso by Stampin' Up; Smooth White by My Favorite Things.
INK: Early Espresso, Soft Suede, Sahara Sand, Wild Wasabi, Garden Green, Certainly Celery, Old Olive, Riding Hood Red, So Saffron - all by SU.
DIES: Christmas Eve, Frosty Corners (The Greetery); Stitched Square STAX Die-Namics (My Favorite Things).

So, how will you interpret this sketch? Hope to see you in the gallery!                                                      ~Wanda

Oh, Wanda! The scene you have created is wonderful. I love the colors you used, and the somewhat retro vibe! This is a card that made me say "WOW" out loud. I LOVE everything about it. Thank you for making my sketch shine this week!

Love the little festive scene you created Wanda with your rather chic-looking churchgoers. Perfectly paired with the snowflake paper and embellishments too!

You're killing me with these new stamps.....such a sweet little scene you've created! I love all the elements, and the background paper is perfect...as is that sentiment! I would buy this set just for that sentiment!
