Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge

Hello blog friends! I'm so excited to share with you that I'll be Guest Designer for the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge for the month of September!  I'm still doing a happy dance! My card uses the new Ornate Leaves stamp set that was released on September 1st (I'm really loving the elegant look to these fall images!).  I love all the warm, earthy colors of fall and knew right away I wanted to stamp a collage of gold, rust, olive and orange leaves.  I gold embossed the medium sized leaf image on a golden yellow scrap of cardstock, fussy cut and popped it with foam tape over some jute twine loops.  

Yep...you guessed it!  I couldn't stop with just one card.  Using a fave corner collage layout, I watercolored the background using Mijello Mission paints - Yellow Ochre No. 1 and Greenish Yellow.  I then stamped the Fall sentiment multiple times with stamping off up to 3 times after inking it up with a brown dye ink.  I then splattered the base with some dark brown paint and stamped several green tendrils.  The pumpkin and leaves were fussy cut and popped with foam tape.
