Hope everyone is having a super Saturday! I'm in seventh heaven with our oldest son and his family here from Washington, DC to visit this weekend! Eight month old Matilda Mary is such a sweetie and I don't get to see her in person very often. Facetime helps but it's just not the same as kissing those little cheeks! Anyway...earlier in the week I came up with this card for my take on the new Inspired By All The Little Things challenge. I was drawn to the blue window frames against white and those gorgeous, multicolored blooms in the basket!
It's been awhile since I've colored this image by Concord and 9th and this time, I went with my Zig Clean Color brush pens which I'm still very much a novice with. I definitely need more practice! The frame was diecut then popped with foam tape. The grateful sentiment was cut twice from heavier weight cardstock. I had it out on my desk following my Color Throwdown card on Wednesday, so I simply grabbed it again.
