Good Monday everyone! I am entering this birthday card into two challenges and get to check off another birthday card completion. Seize the Birthday #280 is challenging us to create a spring floral card.
The current Just Us Girls #721 challenge is a color challenge to use purple, orange and mustard. I color blended the poppies using mostly distress inks on Bristol Smooth Surface paper.
STAMPS: Birthday Your Way 2 (Papertrey Ink).
INK: Ripe Avocado (PTI); Crushed Olive, Peeled Paint, Ripe Persimmon, Spiced Marmalade, Dried Marigold, Mustard Seed, Squeezed Lemonade distress inks; Versafine Clair Nocturne.
PAPER: Bitty Big: Amethyst Allure, Amethyst Allure, Stampers Select White, True Black (PTI).
DIES: Birthday Your Way 2, Phrase Play 5, Shape Shifters Oval 2, Into the Blooms: Poppies (Papertrey Ink); Stitched Rectangle STAX Die-Namics (My Favorite Things).
OTHER: Thread.
