Good Wednesday everyone! It's time for a new Color Throwdown challenge and Lynn is hosting this week with pink, coral, dark purple and green. I opted to use this Feathered Friend 22 die set from Papertrey Ink instead of florals. Shocker!
This ended up being lots of layers with some patterned papers from the new Gather At Home 6x6" pad by Carta Bella. I die cut the bird from Bristol Smooth Surface paper and color blended all the parts. After assembling the bird, I splattered Permanent White Gouache with a brush.
STAMPS: Feathered Friends Mini 8 (branch), Vintage Flair (sentiment) - both by Papertrey Ink.
INK: Bright Buttercup, Amethyst Allure, Lovely Lady, Berry Sorbet, Pinefeather, Dark Chocolate (PTI dye inks).
PAPER: Gather At Home patterned paper (Carta Bella); Vintage Jadeite, White, True Black, Vellum (PTI).
DIES: Feathered Friends 22, Feathered Friends Mini 8, Love to Layer: Scalloped Circles, Floral Delicacies (leafy spray) - Papertrey Ink; Stitched Rectangle STAX Die-Namics (My Favorite Things).
OTHER: White embossing powder; Permanent White Goache paint.
