Color Throwdown #637

Happy hump day everyone! It's time again for a new Color Throwdown challenge and Lori has some yummy colors for us: kraft, green, yellow and pink! Hopefully you will have time to play along with us.

I'm enjoying a more leisurely week now that the busy pace of Easter weekend is over. Don't get me wrong...I thoroughly enjoyed the fun family times (even though not all could be here) and the special brunch and service at church on Sunday!  Back to my card...

I'm also playing along with the Just Us Girls challenge which is to use stripes and with the Paper Players challenge that has a spring flower theme. Technically, roses and daisies don't grow in our area until summer arrives, but there are parts of the world where they do grow in the spring.

STAMPS: Just Mason Around, Budding Beauties: Summer,

Sketchbook Roses (all by The Greetery).

PAPER: Black & White Stripes 6x6" pad by My Favorite Things; Hisbiscus Burst, White by Ink to Paper.

INK: True Black, Limeade Ice, New Leaf, Spring Moss, Ripe Avocado, Lemon Tart, Bright Buttercup, Cocoa Bean, Classic Kraft, Lovely Lady, Hibiscus Burst (dye inks by Ink to Paper).

DIES: Just Mason Around, Budding Beauties: Summer (The Greetery); Simple Strips (Pretty Pink Posh).

That's all for now...back to creating with new goodies from Ink to Paper for our April release which is back on regular schedule to go with a release date on the 15th!           Happy stamping!  ~Wanda

This is a beauty of a card! I was going to say I love the pink peonies but after reading the post I guess they are roses which I love as well! The background stamping and color of the jar are other things that caught my eye; fab all around! Thanks for sharing at The Paper Players!
