I've had some new goodies from the last release at The Greetery and am FINALLY getting around to using them! I'm thrilled over the Shiplap Builder dies and the Mighty Oak die set! So easy and so fun! I first cut everything out with Rustic Cream cardstock then used blending brushes and a big variety of Ink to Paper dye inks.
I'm playing along with the new sketch at the Freshly Made Sketches challenge. This card will be headed out to a couple who both have had major health issues recently with hospitalizations. Hoping it will brighten their day to receive a card!
STAMPS: Sentiment Suite: Thinking of You (The Greetery).
PAPER: Rustic Cream (Ink to Paper).
INK: Orange Zest, Canyon Clay, Terracotta Tile, Americana, Scarlet Jewel, Weathervane, Smokey Shadow, Aqua Mist, Bright Buttercup, Harvest Gold, Summer Sunrise, Saffron Spice, Honey Nut, Classic Kraft, Cocoa Bean, Dark Chocolate (Ink to Paper).
DIES: Shiplap Builder, Botanicuts Mighty Oak, Sentiment Suite Basics (The Greetery).
My crafting room is very small and I am constantly trying to
reorganize and make the space as functional as possible. The carousel of ink pads that I previously had in front of me taking up premium desk real estate was no longer being used much and Ink to Paper inks are pretty much used all of the time now. I purchased a wooden ink pad holder from Stamp-N-Storage (Distress Ink Pad Holder 60) and placed it within easy reach. It makes life so much better - lol!I'm on a roll so next comes my organization of paper!
Happy Thursday everyone! It looks like a cloudy day is in store for us in VA but at least it will still warm to 70 degrees. ~Wanda

I am in loooooove with this sweet fall card. It's got all the cozy vibes embedded right into a piece of cardstock. Ah-mazing!
I love your mix of cool gray shiplap and the warm tones of autumn foliage. Wonderful card!
That shiplap panel is so fabulous and a perfect base for anchoring the leaves! It's always a treat to see your designs in the FMS gallery.
Beautiful! I love the warm autumn leaves against the rustic background. Thank you for playing along with us at Freshly Made Sketches.
