Freshly Made Sketches

 

I got happy mail today from Papertrey Ink's last release and jumped right in to initiate the sunflower stencil set using Linda's great layout for the new Freshly Made Sketches challenge.

After stenciling the background, I embossed using a quilted cover plate. Love the subtle texture that it adds! I cut two of the "thankful" dies so it would give more dimension.

STAMPS: This is Big Sentiments: Thankful (Papertrey Ink).

INK: Bright Buttercup, Summer Sunrise, Limeade Ice, New Leaf, Ripe Avocado, Saffron Spice, Cocoa Bean, Dark Chocolate (dye inks by PTI).

PAPER: Stamper's Select White, Dark Chocolate, New Leaf, Bright Buttercup (PTI).
