Seize the Birthday Challenge

I'm going to need LOTS of birthday cards soon, so I'm playing along with the newest Seize the Birthday  challenge to create a coordinating tag and card combo. I always like to personalize the card if at all possible. In this case, the birthday guy turned 70. I used colors that were in the patterned papers when I stamped the balloons and present.

The tag uses more patterned paper from the BoBunny pad plus one of the smallest balloons.

STAMPS: Scribble Balloons, Cake Creations, Birthday Tag Kit (Papertrey Ink).
INK: Lemon Tart, Bright Buttercup, Pure Poppy, Vintage Jadeite, Blueberry Sky (PTI); Versafine Clair Nocturne; Versamark.
PAPER: Stampers Select White (PTI); Surprise 6x6" pad by BoBunny.
DIES: Scribble Balloons, Cake Creations, Love to Layer: Ovals, Charming Tag dies (PTI).
OTHER: White embossing powder (Altenew); Corner Chomper; Red & white thread.
