PTI November Release Day #2

It's day two of  reveals for the November release at Papertrey Ink. Today, we are introducing you to Sweet Holidays stamps and dies + On the Edge: Scallops Collection dies + Into the Blooms: Evergreen dies + Love to Layer: Deckled Edge dies.

I opted to create a "sweet treat" holder instead of a card. You can tuck in some hot chocolate, a candy bar or whatever you desire.

I added Into the Blooms: Holly embellishments along with the candies and cookies that are part of the set.

STAMPS: Sweet Holidays.
INK: Waterfall, Paradise, Fresh Pear, Key Lime, Misty Coast, Rocky Slope; Fine Linen, Saffron Spice, Classic Kraft, Dark Chocolate, Pure Poppy, Scarlet Jewel, Harvest Gold, Summer Sunrise; Versafine Clair Nocturne.
PAPER: Christmas (Recollections); Bristol Smooth Surface.
DIES: Sweet Holidays.
OTHER: Silver gems.

The evergreen dies that are the newest addition to the Into the Blooms series are such a great size and will work for more than just the holidays!

I cut the trees from a panel that I color blended using distress oxide inks then splattered with white Gouache paint. I layered 3 of the sentiment dies to add more dimension. I'm really loving the subtle deckled edges of this new die set!

INK: Scattered Straw, Bundled Sage, Speckled Egg distress oxide; Harvest Gold, Honey Nut, Dark Chocolate.
PAPER: Stormy Sea, White, Harvest Gold.
DIES: Love to Layer: Deckled Edge, Into the Blooms: Evergreen, Winter Globes (sentiment).
OTHER: Stitched rectangle die, Super fine glitter.
