Good Friday everyone! I went with a patriotic card with thoughts of the upcoming Memorial Day holiday that works for two different challenges: Freshly Made Sketches and The Card Concept. I used patterned papers for the background panels then dry embossed stars onto kraft paper.
I was especially inspired by the colors, the tiny stars in the quilted runner and just the patriotic theme in general.
STAMPS: Celebrate Freedom (Papertrey Ink).
INK: Pure Poppy (PTI).
PAPER: Let Freedom Ring 6x6 pad (Echo Park); Stamper's Select White, Classic Kraft, Pure Poppy (PTI); Metallic silver.
DIES: Celebrate Freedom, Love to Layer: Rounded Hearts 2 (PTI); Stitched Rectangle STAX Die-Namics, Stars (My Favorite Things).
OTHER: Starry Night embossing folder (Craft Concepts).
