Inspiration Station

 

Happy 4th of July everyone! I was inspired by this photo prompt to play along with the Station Inspiration challenge. It gave me a chance to play with some new "beachy" dies just released from Papertrey Ink in June.

I started with the PTI Pool Water stencil then added a sand border with an Elegant Edges: Fresh Cuts die with Classic Kraft paper.

I added the beach ball, flip flops, sunglasses, shell, donut and watermelon floats to the collage.

INK: Tumbled Glass distress oxide; Fine Linen, Bright Buttercup, Summer Sunrise dye inks by PTI; Berrylicious, Fresh Pear, Key Lime, Olive dye inks by Pinkfresh Studio; Verafine Clair Nocturne.

PAPER: Bristol Smooth Surface; True Black, White, Pure Poppy, Weathervane, Green Parakeet, Bitty Big: Hawaiian Shores (PTI).

DIES: Floating By, Elegant Edges: Fresh Cuts, Go To Gift Card Holder: Beach Bag (Papertrey Ink).

OTHER: Pool Water stencil (PTI).
