Anyone that knows me knows that I use flowers on the majority of my card projects, so naturally I was thrilled when Jen sent me the new Bowl of Blooms stamp set and matching dies!
I love the sweet little geometric patterned paper that comes in the Fun Times 6x6" pad by Reverse Confetti. It dictated the colors I used with Copics and accenting card stock. I die cut the background using the Pierced Round Top Layer die and cut it once from white card stock and once from the patterned paper.
I love the little stamp image of a card "pick" and even added some Glossy Accents to the heart to give it more dimension!
STAMPS: Bowl of Blooms (Reverse Confetti).
PAPER: White, Grape Soda, Lime Green, Fun Times patterned paper pad (Reverse Confetti); X-Press It Blending Card.
INK: Memento Tuxedo Black.
DIES: Pierced Round Top Layer (Reverse Confetti).
My second card features the freebie stamp that Reverse Confetti is offering this month! With all of the distancing during the coronavirus pandemic, I've sent more and more cards to family and friends with "missing you" and "thinking of you" sentiments.
I wanted a pop of yellow to add to the rainbow color scheme so opted to use the sun die from Over the Rainbow. The images are arranged over a Stitched Hex Tag die.
The background was stenciled with a cloud stencil and Iced Aqua ink. The black striped border and tag topper tied it all together with the black sentiment.
COPICS: RV13, RV14, YG13, YG23, BG11, BG32.
