I thought Vicki's colors for the SCS Color Challenge (Tempting Turquoise, Coastal Cabana, Crisp Cantaloupe) would work well with these banner flags from SU's Hearts a Flutter set. The matching Framelits dies were also used. I punched holes in the corners and then threaded a needle with Calypso Coral baker's twine and wove them together. The white BG was embossed using Cuttlebug's Charles EF. I didn't begin with a baby card in mind, but the center banner reminded me of a bib, so I went with the sweet baby sentiment from SU's Itty Bitty Banners set - also with matching Framelit die.
