The Paper Players Challenge has a sketch for us this week. I flipped the elements to the opposite side after adding white splatters to the tag and the dark green background. It's hard to see the tone on tone stamping...it's very subtle (I stamped the Christmas text with Pinefeather ink over Pinefeather paper). The poinsettia would have popped more if the tag was white and the image was colored. I'm thinking this needs a do-over! 😝
STAMPS: Christmas Text Background, Winter Collage Tag (Creative Worship Stamps).
INK: Pinefeather (Papertrey Ink); Versamark.
PAPER: Mirror Gold; Pure Poppy, Pinefeather, Ocean Tides (PTI).
DIES: Tag & More (Creative Worship Stamps).

I like the moody tone created by the strong, dark colours. The splashes of white fit in well with the embossed tag while the touches of gold add a lovely opulence to the card. Thank you so much for joining in with us at The Paper Players.
I think your card is perfectly lovely as is, Wanda! I love the gold embossing on the green paper for the tag, I think the poinsettia is gorgeous this way. I like the other gold accents to go along with the tag. Thanks for playing along with The Paper Players!

Wanda, I love that moody shade of green. It's the perfect backdrop for the gold. I love the layered elements and the vintage feel. The white splatters are the perfect finishing touch. So glad you shared this with us at the Paper Players this week
