Aqua & White

There's a new "to me" challenge that I just couldn't resist and that's The Color Hues Challenge. Nancy is hosting with an aqua and white theme.

I die cut two large and two small Marianna Vine Background pieces using heavy weight vellum and white paper. I splattered the white leaves with Salvaged Patina distress ink.

I stenciled the background with Salvaged Patina and Rocky Slope.

STAMPS: Sentiment Suite: Thank You (The Greetery).
INK: Rocky Slope, Metropolis (Pinkfresh Studio); Salvaged Patina distress (Ranger).
PAPER: Stampers Select White (Papertrey Ink).
DIES: Sentiment Suite Basics (The Greetery); Large and Small Marianna Vine Background (Poppystamps); Stitched Rectangle STAX Die-Namics (My Favorite Things); Bows Galore (Papertrey Ink).
OTHER: Brick Wall stencil (Papertrey Ink).

Thanks so much for stopping by and commenting!  ~Wanda

First off, I'm so happy you found us at Color Hues! I would have shouted it to the rooftops had I known you didn't know about us! Anyways, your card is just fantastic! I love the brick background and your speckled leaves. Then the bow was the perfect touch! Thanks for playing along and we hope to see you back again soon.

I agree, Wanda, we so love having you join us at Color Hues! I love the airy look of the spattered vines and your stenciling is perfection! The brick background adds so much texture and it shows off the pretty bow.
