Hello friends! It's a lazy Sunday afternoon...especially after jumping ahead and losing an hour of sleep last night! I'm playing along with The Paper Players challenge where we are to use a rainbow of colors on our creation. I decided to color blend 5 distress inks onto Bristol Smooth paper then layer with a white Easter egg die cut. I topped it off with an old sentiment die from Papertrey Ink.
INK: Kitsch Flamingo, Spiced Marmalade, Twisted Citron, Peacock Feathers, Squeezed Lemonade distress inks.
PAPER: Bristol Smooth Surface; True Black (Papertrey Ink).
DIES: In Bloom Egg by Simon Hurley for Spellbinders; To Die For Sentiments: Happy Easter (Papertrey Ink).
That's a wrap for today! Thanks for stopping by and commenting. ~Wanda

This is so pretty, Wanda! I love a bit of ink blending. Isn't it amazing how even strong colours look softer when you blend them? The die cut sentiment works so well too. Thanks for sharing with us at The Paper Players.
Wanda that blended background highlights the detail of the egg die and the black sentiment beautifully. Thanks for sharing with us for my rainbow colours challenge over at The Paper Players this week!
Wanda, what a fabulous blended background and I love it with your wonderful eggs. Such a great way to incorporate the rainbow. So glad you shared this beauty with us at the Paper Players this week
