Ink to Paper's Project: Reach Out

I wanted to include an excerpt from Ink to Paper's blog that explains Project: Reach Out...

"Due to the Coronavirus, many of us are separated from our family and friends which in some cases has caused feelings of loneliness, boredom, depression, and maybe a bit of frustration being stuck at home! This is the perfect time to reach out and touch someone to let them know how important they are to you or to let someone in your community know how much you appreciate all of their hard work. With that in mind, Project: Reach Out was created."

Today, I'm sharing a card that simply has a "thinking of you" theme! I focused on the Wild Fields stamp set and a sentiment from the Floral Delicacies stamp set. Both of these sets (and matching dies) are very versatile and will give you endless possibilities for creating!

I got a bit carried away with patterns and colors, but these colors make me happy and I'm hoping to send this to someone to spread the happiness! The background was created by color blending Twisted Citron and Peacock Feathers distress inks with a hexagon stencil.

Here's my enabler's list...

STAMPS: Wild Fields, Floral Delicacies (Ink to Paper).
INK: New Leaf, Aqua Mist, Hawaiian Shores, Harvest Gold, Bright Buttercup, Summer Sunrise, Terracotta Tile, True Black - dye inks by Ink to Paper/Papertrey Ink. Twisted Citron and Peacock Feathers distress inks by Ranger.
PAPER: White, Green Parakeet, Hawaiian Shores (Ink to Paper).
DIES: Skinny Frames: Diagonal Border, Wild Fields (Ink to Paper).
OTHER: Hexagon stencil (Papertrey Ink).

Kindness and appreciation go such a long way and sending a beautiful hand-made card is the perfect way to let someone know you are thinking of them. We hope you find enjoyment while participating in this series of challenges. We are excited to see what you create and to also uplift our communities the best we know how…sharing our love of crafting. Please link your finished card to the Ink to Paper blog HERE.
                             Happy stamping and sharing!    ~Wanda
