Color Throwdown #785

Hello crafty friends! It's Wednesday which means there is a new Color Throwdown challenge happening. Susie is hosting this week and has some amazing spring colors: pink, yellow, green!

My starting point was the patterned papers in Papertrey Ink's Watercolor Wonder pad which has 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" sized sheets.

I cut out all the flowers, leaves and wreath from Stampers Select paper then color blended with brushes and dye inks. I layered two die cuts of the sentiment then brushed Berry Sorbet ink onto the lower portion of the letters which were cut from Pale Peony paper.

STAMPS: None used.
INK: Sweet Blush, Berry Sorbet, Lemon Tart, Harvest Gold, Summer Sunrise, Vintage Jadeite, Ocean Tides (Papertrey Ink).
PAPER: Stampers Select White, Pale Peony, Harvest Gold, Watercolor Wonder patterned paper (Papertrey Ink).
DIES: Into the Blooms: Wreath, Larger Than Life: Hello (PTI); Simple Strips (Pretty Pink Posh); Stitched Rectangle STAX Die-Namics (My Favorite Things).

Sure hope you can join us in this challenge! Hope to see you in the gallery!  ~Wanda
