Freshly Made Sketches

There is an awesome new sketch by Michele for the Freshly Made Sketches challenge and it was perfect to play with some fall leaves!  I started by gold embossing the veins of the leaves then I color blended by using a variety of distress inks and lightly misting the inked stamps before applying to the Bristol Smooth Surface paper.

I stamped the sentiment on vellum using Versafine Clair Nocturne pigment ink then embossed with clear powder. I created a belly band over the card front.

STAMPS: Pastor Appreciation Scripture (Stamp Simply); Leave It To Me (Papertrey Ink).
INK: Versafine Clair Nocturne; Squeezed Lemonade, Mustard Seed, Fossilized Amber, Carved Pumpkin, Spiced Marmalade, Rusty Hinge, Fired Brick, Mowed Lawn, Crushed Olive distress (Ranger).
PAPER: Simply Chartreuse, Vellum (Papertrey Ink); Bristol Smooth Surface.
DIES: Leave It To Me (PTI); Stitched Rectangle STAX Die-Namics (My Favorite Things).
OTHER: Yellow gold paint (Gansai Tambi Starry Colors); Clear and gold embossing powders.

This will be put aside to use for Pastor Appreciation Sunday in October. Thanks so much for stopping by!  ~Wanda
