There's a great new layout by Jen T. for the new Freshly Made Sketches challenge! I cranked out yet another angel card from the newly released Build-An-Angel die set from Papertrey Ink. I sponged Pale Peony ink on the angel edges and layered gold glitter card stock behind the skirt and vellum behind the wings.
It doesn't show up in the photo, but there is a subtle shimmer to the oval layer after spraying it with Sheer Shimmer "Sparkle" craft spray.
STAMPS: Angelic Sentiments (Papertrey Ink).
INK: Pale Peony (PTI); Versamark.
PAPER: Plaid Patterns Merry & Bright 6x6" pack (My Favorite Things); Stamper's Select White (PTI); Gold glitter paper; Metallic gold paper (Lawn Fawn).
DIES: Build-An-Angel die set, Love to Layer: Ovals (PTI); Stitched Polka Dot Card Front (Concord & 9th); Simple Strips (Pretty Pink Posh); Merry Greetings Builder dies (Kristina Werner with Concord & 9th).
OTHER: Queen's Gold embossing powder (Ranger); Sheer Shimmer Craft Spray "Sparkle" (Imagine).
Crossing my fingers we get some rain today! After the monsoon over a month ago, we've been dry ever since except for a dozen sprinkles on Sunday. Thanks so much for dropping by and commenting! ~Wanda
