Color Blending Fun

Kristina Werner recently posted some new distress ink color combos, so I had to try out a couple of them for two quick clean and simple cards.

My first card colors are with Carved Pumpkin, Picked Raspberry and Seedless Preserves distress inks on Bristol Smooth Surface paper.

I embossed by using the Cover Plate: Quilted die for a subtle texture. The sentiment was popped up with foam tape.

STAMPS: Easy Bouquet (Papertrey Ink).
INK: (see above description); Versafine Clair Nocturne pigment ink.
DIES: Cover Plate: Quilted, Cover Plate: Butterfly Hope (Papertrey Ink).

The second card uses Mustard Seed, Crushed Olive, and Mowed Lawn distress inks.

STAMPS: Easy Bouquet (Papertrey Ink).
INK: (see above description); Versafine Clair Nocturne pigment.
DIES: Cover Plate: Wispy Tree, Love to Layer: Delightful Brackets (Papertrey Ink).
OTHER: Enamel dots.

The cover plate dies from PTI make it so easy to whip up a quick card! Thanks for stopping by!  ~Wanda
