Fusion Card Challenge

Welcome to another Fusion Card Challenge! I was inspired by the shiplap background and with the florals and circles in the photo and also went with the sketch layout. It was perfect to break out the geranium and pot dies for another birthday card!

I played with some Brusho Crystal Colours this week and die cut the geraniums from a background using Orange and Alizarin Crimson. The leaves were die cut from Sea Green Brusho colors then sponged lightly with New Leaf and Ripe Avocado dye inks. I had splattered the orange panels with White Gouache prior to die cutting. I highlighted the veins on the leaves using a Prismacolor pencil and used a black gel pen to add the center dots to the flowers.

STAMPS: Barnwood Background (Concord & 9th); Sentiment Suite: Birthday (The Greetery).
INK: Soft Stone, Weathervane, New Leaf, Ripe Avocado (Papertrey Ink).
PAPER: Soft Stone, White (Papertrey Ink); Ranger watercolor paper.
DIES: Pretty Pot and BotaniCuts: Geranium (The Greetery); Stitched Rectangle and Circle STAX Die-Namics (My Favorite Things).

We would love to have you play along with us. Remember...you have three choices: use just the sketch, just the photo, or fuse them together if you feel really brave! 😍  Happy stamping! ~Wanda
