The Card Concept Meets SSSWC

I couldn't resist this gorgeous inspiration photo that's up to get our mojo flowing on The Card Concept Challenge blog! The circle elements and soft, spring colored floral cupcakes inspired me to decorate a leafy wreath with florals - stamps and dies all from Reverse Confetti!  I'm also entering this into Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge where it's all about adding texture to our cards.

I again started with Stone CS for my card base...a perfect straying from my usual white.  I feel like it's a spring/summer option to kraft which I am also a big fan of. The texture elements are the embossed sun rays, the Nuvo Jewel Drops added to the tiny blue flowers and then just the varied layering of the collage.

STAMPS: Blooms 'n Buds, Bitty Banners - Reverse Confetti.
PAPER: Stone, Lime Green (Reverse Confetti), Old Olive (SU), X-Press It Blending Card.
INK: Bumblebee, Tangerine, Parakeet, Lime Green, Iced Aqua - dye inks by Reverse Confetti; Memento Tuxedo Black.
DIES: Leafy Wreath, Blooms 'n Buds, Bitty Banners, Stitched Rays cover plate - all by RC.

Thanks so much for stopping by...

  1. Today, I went to the beach front with my kids.
I found a sea shell and gav it to myy 4 year old daughter and saiod
"You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She placed the shell to heer
ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and itt pinched her ear.
She never wants too go back! LoL I know this is totally off topic
but I had to tell someone!
