It's March 1st, so that means the unveiling of a new release at ODBD! You probably have been seeing sneak peeks across blog land during the past week of the fun new sets, dies and papers now available in the ODBD store! I'm bringing you two cards using the Honeycomb Mini and Zinnia stamp sets in addition to the matching ODBD custom zinnia and leaves dies and some of the new Blooming Garden Collection paper!
I had fun layering up these zinnias after coloring with Copics. The bottom layer is die cut, then the next 2 layers were fussy cut and popped on foam tape. I added some clear Wink of Stella shimmer brush marker to the flower center and to the bees' wings. I sponged the leaves lightly after die cutting them.
If you don't enjoy coloring, this is a version where I simply stamped the image on colored cardstock and again layered the flower. Love this grungy Honeycomb Mini stamp that is peeking out from a corner in each of the cards!
Three winners will be randomly chosen from the comments left on the designers blogs to receive a $25 gift certificate to the ODBD store, to be used toward the purchase of ODBD stamps. You have until March 2, 2014 at 9:00 p.m. EST to make your comments! The winners will be posted on the ODBD blog on March 3rd, so be sure to check back there to see if you won!
