Merry Monday Christmas

When Lesley requested me to 'like' the Merry Monday page on FB, I decided this was the perfect time to get on the bandwagon early this year in getting my Christmas card stash built up. So, what better way than to join in with the Merry Monday Christmas Challenge! The theme this week is to use ribbon or twine on our card, so I went with some chocolate twine to match these retired SU papers that I discovered while sorting through my massive paper "collection".  I'm sure some of you are "collectors" as well - lol!  I tell myself every January that I need to use up what I have before I order more paper...but...that simply isn't going to happen. :-)  The stamps used are from one of my fave new Christmas sets released by Reverse Confetti.  I'm also using the sketch for the current Retrosketches Challenge.

STAMPS: Tinsel 'n Trim (Reverse Confetti)
PAPER: Vintage Cream (PTI), DP by SU, Garden Green
INK: Real Red, Garden Green, Chocolate Chip
ACCESSORIES: Corner chomper, Jute twine by American Crafts, Circle Nestabilities, Glitter shapes by Recollections, Stitched circle die by Lil Inker Designs.

SOOO glad to be out of single digit temps today!  Feels like a heat wave with forecast to get into low 30s!  Have a good day everyone!

  4. So pretty - love your use of the RC stamps. We are crazy card makers aren't we? You would think we would be so over making Christmas cards at this point but I'm right there with you.
